Chef Dee grew up in the Philippines and later moved to the United States, bringing with her a passion for food and a deep connection to her cultural roots. Her culinary journey began in 2012 in California, where she started crafting unique and flavorful hors d'oeuvres. The incredible response from people who loved her creations inspired her to continue exploring her talent in the kitchen. Determined to refine her skills and expand her expertise, Chef Dee attended culinary school, where she worked hard and proudly graduated. Today, she combines her rich heritage and professional training to create unforgettable dining experiences, sharing her love for food with everyone she serves.

We had Chef Dee and her helper Jenna come to our 30A beach rental for a birthday dinner while we were on vacation. She cooked an Inspired Asian American Fusion 4 course dinner, provided a fresh juice drink, and baked a delicious cake for our party which included 15 adults and children. Dee came and took care of everything from start to finish. We had a great time and the food and food presentation was incredible. The food had generous portions - you will not go to bed hungry. We highly recommend hiring her as your personal chef!

I'm originally from Manteca, California, but now I call Texas home. Back when I was living in Manteca, I heard about these wonderful Lumpia. The buzz about her Lumpia was impossible to ignore, so I couldn’t wait to put in my order. In fact, I didn’t stop at just one—I actually ordered two batches! To top it off, she included the sweet chili sauce, which was the perfect complement to these delicious rolls.
The anticipation was real as I went to pick them up, and the moment I got home and tried them, I was hooked.

Order plates on Friday for dinner and it was sooo amazing I ordered a tray of lumpia and peach crunch for lunch on Sunday. Best lumpia I have had. There are actual visible vegetables in it. The peach crunch is to die for! I cannot wait to have a party and have Ate Dee cater if for me!

- I have Ordered Dinners for the Second time. My Order was Chicken Parmigiana with Spaghetti, and Crème Cheese Rangoons . Once again The Food was Delicious and had great presentation. The Chicken Breast’s were Plump and Juicy. Ate Dee,s Spaghetti Sauce was unique and Incredible. The Portions were Large and will give me 4 Days of amazing Dinners.
